The Aizu Tajima Gion Festival has begun in Minamiaizu, Fukushima Prefecture, starting on July 22. Recognized as one of the Three Great Gion Festivals of Japan, this centuries-old event blends Shinto rituals, traditional performing arts, and regional culture.
